HygieniKit™ Milk Collection Systems
All Ameda HygieniKits are uniquely designed to help protect expressed milk and the baby from bacteria, mold, and viruses. Ameda has the world’s only breast pump with a lab-tested, FDA approved, proven protective barrier.
Proven Airlock Protection™ means that while a mother pumps Ameda's diaphragm prevents the air from the pump motor from coming in contact with the expressed milk. As a result the narrow tubing never needs to be cleaned.

Ameda Breast Shell System
The Ameda Breast Shell System is designed with your comfort in mind. The breast shells can be worn in preparation for a feeding or after a feeding inside your bra to protect sore or irritated nipples.
The shells have air holes that allow air to circulate while still protecting your nipple, and they can also be worn to draw out flat or inverted nipples during pregnancy and about a half hour before a feeding.
Ameda CottonRoll™ inserts line the bottom of the breast shell to absorb any milk that may drip while the adhesive backed cotton felt ComfortPads™ pads provide a comfortable layer between the shell and breast to promote a gentler healing process.
