Ameda Returns and Exchanges

Can I return an item?

    • Ameda offers a no hassle return policy for unopened items. Unopened items must have the original safety seal, that is put on by the factory, intact and untampered with.
    • Replacements: If you are experience an issue with your pump, it falls within the warranty time frame, and you are the original owner please contact our ParentCare team for assistance

      • Returns: Returning an item unopened, as defined above, is not a problem. There is no restocking fee for unopened packages returned to Ameda.com for within 7 days of shipment. Refunds take approximately 2 weeks to process minus shipping costs. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by our warehouse. If a return is received back after the 7 day window we will not be able to honor the return.

Our Finesse offers a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase by the original owner with proof of purchase. Our Purely Yours and Purely Yours Ultra both offer a 1-year warranty. Our parts and accessories have a 90-day policy from the date of purchased. This is based on the date of First User’s purchase of this product.

 

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Returns/Refund/Exchanges can only be done if purchased from us directly via our ecommerce website. Return request must be received within 7 days of receiving the item, valid proof of purchase is required and all items must be unopened.

Please email us at ParentCare@ameda.com to receive return instructions. Include your order ID number, item(s) you would like to return and reason for return. Once the return is approved we will email you the Return form and address for returning your item(s). “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by our warehouse. If you chose to use an Ameda.com return label, the cost of return will be subtracted from your refund amount.

Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the warranty cards. The manufacturer’s labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton.

Once we receive your return in the proper condition, we will then provide a refund to your payment account usually within 2-4 weeks. Returns cannot be accepted without a return form. Shipping, handling fees, discontinued products and special-order items if applicable, are not refundable.
