A Note from our CEO

Dear Valued Ameda Partner:

The events of the past few weeks associated with the COVID-19 pandemic have rapidly brought about unprecedented change in our world. While we have made adjustments to keep our employees safe and healthy by instituting remote working, I want to assure you that you can count on Ameda to be here for you. We also want to thank those medical professionals on the front lines who continue to put themselves at risk in order to help others.

As a company focused on the well-being of moms & babies, Ameda is also dedicated to being here for our valued account partners throughout the COVID-19 crisis. As such we are doing the following:

  • Our Customer Service and ParentCare teams are working from home but are available to support you. They can be reached during regular business hours at: (866) 992-6332 or via email at orders@ameda.com.
  • Our Supply Chain teammates are actively monitoring inventory levels and working with our global supply chain partners to ensure we have necessary product supply levels of our Breast Pump, Hygienikit™ and Accessory products. To date, we have stable supply levels.
  • Our communications team is monitoring the latest news pertaining to breastfeeding and pumping best practices related to COVID-19 and posting that information on our Ameda.com website and through social media platforms.

Lastly, unfortunately, one of our competitors is circulating false information implying Ameda has a kit “shortage” and encouraging utilization of their pump kits with Ameda pumps. This is not only an off-label use and voids the warranty but could also compromise pump performance. We have a stable supply of kits and ask you to disregard this false information.

Our commitment remains focused on enabling our partners to serve moms & babies who need our products. In partnership, we ask that you continue to order products in line with your needs and usage levels. This allows us to support all moms and babies throughout the coming months.
